The Blind Spot

With over 50,000 packages processed hourly, traditional laser barcode scanners suffered a 4% misread rate due to torn labels and irregular box shapes. Furthermore, unpredicted conveyor motor failures were causing millions in delayed shipping.

MV Integration

We installed AISenses optical gateways above the primary sorting lines. Capable of reading omnidirectional data through visual AI instead of single-line lasers.

OUTCOME: Misread rate dropped to 0.02%

ASR Telemetry

Magnetic acoustic nodes were attached directly to the sorting motors. By establishing a "baseline acoustic heartbeat," the system now auto-detects micro-frictions.
